  • Am I able to view or leave with my photos before I leave the hospital?
    Your high resolution photos can be available on USB flash drive provided by your videographer for immediate use (inquire within). Your movie & photos are available to view and/or download within 2-3 business days after your date of service. Your printed material is shipped from a different location, and cannot be picked up in the hospital.
  • How will I know if my package has been submitted & approved?
    When you complete your package and add it to your cart you will need to make sure you proceed though the checkout even if your pacakge is at $0. Once you have submitted your package you will get a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order. Once your order is approved you will recieve another email, and when your order is shipped your tracking number will be sent via email as well.
  • How long will printed products take to arrive?
    Printed photos & other keepsakes should arrive within 4 to 8 business days after approval of your order. However, you can purchase faster shipping during checkout if you would like your items faster. When purchasing your package online your downloadable material will be available immediately.
  • I am not sure if we have bought our photos or videos - how can I be sure?
    When viewing your gallery select the "buy" button and select the drop down that says "buy all". Once you are on the next page you should see the package you purchased above all the other products we have in our store. The package will have a list of everything that comes in your order, please review this and see exactly what came with your package.
  • Where do I find my photos and video?
    You will recieve an email with a link to your gallery, this is how you will get access to your material.
  • When will my biovideo be ready?
    Our goal is to have your biovideo ready to view and share before you leave the hospital. However, it will depend on how many days you will be in the hospital, when we held your last filming session, the number of sessions we were able to fit into the allotted time, and your discharge time. Our goal is to finish editing your biovideo the day after your last filming session. If possible, your videographer will come to your room to show the biovideo to you on a tablet. If not, we will post the biovideo and photos on your client portal as soon as it is available. Director's Cut requires you to select personal images to include into your biovideo so this edit does take 1-2 weeks. Although, the basic biovideo will still be available and ready to view as described above.
  • Can I send my photos to be printed elsewhere?
    The copyrights to all of your digital images are included in a select number of packages, Special Delivery, Mommy & Me, Bundle of Love and Sweet Beginnings. You're able to add-on the copyright release to your package if it doesn't come with, inquire within.
  • My photos have a mark on them - how can I remove it?
    Your photos are posted in low resolution on your gallery and will display a watermark before your purchase. If you would like to view our packages to see which one works best for you, navigate to our store through your personal gallery. After your purchase the photos will no longer display the watermark and you will be able to download.
  • How long will my photos and video be available online?
    By agreement with the hospital, we will keep your biovideo and photos available for viewing for a minimum of 60 days from the date the account opened. After the 60 days, we have the right to remove your images from the site due to storage limitations and costs. However, we do retain your photos offsite for the max of one year, but we cannot guarantee that they will be available due to storage limatations. If you choose to make any purchase, then we will keep your images online for one year (from the date the account opened) at no additional cost to you.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Texas sales tax is automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout. The current rate in Texas is 8.25% of the purchase price for all goods and services.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In the hospital, we also accept cash.
  • How do I share my movie on Facebook?
    Your biovideo will be at the top of the page above all the photos and the Facebook logo will be on the video. Once clicked it will automatically bring up the Facebook login or if you're already signed into Facebook, you will be prompted to “Say Something” to share with your friends. They will be directed to a special landing page where only your video will play. Visitors will not be able to see your private information or your photos, and you can share each photo in the same way.
  • Can I upload my video to YouTube?
    If you choose to purchase a download of your high-resolution video, you are then able to post it on your own YouTube page. For privacy reasons, we do not post anyone's Biovideo on YouTube. Director's cut: If your director's cut contains a song in the background that you choose, you need to make sure you have the rights to that song before posting to social media.
  • How can I upload my own material for my director's cut? (Song, photos, ect)"
    If you have a package that came with a director's cut you will need to refer to the email you recieved to your gallery. In that email there will be a link to a form you will fill out to get your director's cut made. In this form you can upload photos and even your own song.
  • How can I invite my friends to see my biovideo and pictures?
    Once viewing your gallery, at the top right hand corner there will be a "share" button. There you will be able to share via email, twitter, and facebook. You can also just copy and paste your link and share!
